Monthly Health & Wellness Highlights
This June, we recognize National Safety Month, Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month, Men’s Health Month, and Summer Safety & Wellness—important topics that encourage healthy habits, injury prevention, and compassionate care for those we serve.
Throughout the month, we’re committed to sharing valuable information, resources, and practical tips to help promote safety, support brain health, encourage preventive care, and maintain wellness during the summer season. Together, we can create a healthier and safer environment for everyone.

Respite Care Services
Caring for a senior loved one can be rewarding, but everyone needs support from time to time. At Caring for Soles Home Care, our respite care services provide temporary relief for family caregivers while ensuring your loved one receives compassionate, reliable non-medical care at home.
Whether you need time to rest, attend appointments, or handle personal responsibilities, our caregivers are here to help with companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and daily assistance. We proudly serve seniors and families throughout Contra Costa County and surrounding areas.
Need Care Today?
Caring for Soles Home Care offers compassionate, non-medical same-day support for seniors—whether recovering from surgery, returning home from the hospital, or needing unexpected help.
Services include personal care, meal prep, companionship, transportation, and more. Call before 12 PM for same-day care and peace of mind.
For patients requiring care immediately following a procedure, we offer same-day post-operative support when notified before 12:00 PM on the day services are needed. A minimum of four (4) hours of care is required for all same-day post-operative service requests.
We are Here Because We Care for You
Caring for Soles Home Care has the privilege of making a profound difference in the lives of families by providing care in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. The expanding aging population has led to a proportional rise in the need for high-quality non-medical care.
At Caring for Soles Home Care, our skilled, knowledgeable team of caregivers provide the assistance needed to ensure a comfortable and healthy life. When assistance is needed, it can be challenging for the disabled and senior population to live independently.
How It Works
We begin with a free in-home consultation to learn more about you or your loved one’s needs, daily routine, and goals for care. This visit gives us an opportunity to answer questions and help determine the best level of support.
During the consultation, we take time to learn more about you or your loved one’s unique situation and daily needs. We may review:
- Personal care and support needs
- Home safety and fall prevention concerns
- Daily routines and level of assistance needed
- Family questions or concerns
- Scheduling preferences and service hours
- Health-related observations and overall wellbeing
- Community resources or additional services that may be helpful or available
Our goal is to create a care plan that feels safe, comfortable, and personalized to your needs.
We understand that choosing care services is an important decision. After the consultation, you are welcome to take time to review your options and discuss them with family members.
If needed, we will follow up to answer any additional questions and help guide you through the next steps — without pressure.
Once you decide to move forward, we will create your client profile and finalize your personalized care plan.
Your profile may include:
- Care preferences
- Emergency contacts
- Service schedule
- Notes for caregivers
- Billing and payment information
After your profile is complete, we will schedule your service hours based on your needs and availability.
We believe care should evolve as needs change. We stay in communication with clients and families to ensure services continue to provide comfort, safety, and peace of mind.
Our team is always available to answer questions or adjust care schedules as needed.
